David Pratomo is the Founder of Seeds of Wealth and a business and leadership coach who helps business owners and leaders clarify their direction, strengthen their teams, and build businesses that can grow beyond the founder.

He believes that every person carries a seed of greatness—the potential to create value, build meaningful wealth, and make a lasting impact. This belief shapes his coaching approach, connecting personal growth with the responsibilities of leading people and building a business.

David brings a background in corporate risk management, financial risk analysis, financial modeling, sales strategy implementation, and new business development and management. Drawing on eight years of experience and more than 5,000 coaching hours, he supports leaders as they navigate business complexity, change, and uncertainty.

His coaching combines encouragement with constructive challenge, helping leaders examine their decisions, turn insights into action, and strengthen accountability. He works with organizations to develop a culture of high performance while creating opportunities for the personal and professional growth of their people.
